Our mission centers on building collaborative, ethical partnerships that empower educators, enhance student success, and strengthen school–family relationships.
Dr. Carter is a licensed special educator, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and consultant specializing in school‑based behavioral support, educator training, and collaborative problem‑solving. She began her career in 1991 as a special education teacher, later earning BCBA certification and a PhD in Special Education. Her experience spans roles as a teacher, behavior and instructional specialist, coordinator, and director of special education—bringing 35 years of expertise to supporting effective special education solutions.
